Speaker:Professor William Poy Lee

William Poy Lee has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and Juris Doctor from University of California Hastings College of Law, San Francisco. His critically acclaimed first book, "The Eighth Promise," has won the 2007 PEN/Josephine Miles Award for Excellence in Literature & the Kuriyama Pacific Rim Prize for Literature. It has since been translated into Chinese. "The Eighth Promise" is taught in several Chinese universities including Peking University (PKU), Tsinghua University, and Beijing Foreign Studies University (Beiwai).
