Profile

Dr. Shi Guang, Associate Professor with Tenure in the School of Foreign Languages at Peking University, currently holds the positions of Director of the Persian Language Section and Head of the Iranian Cultural Research Institute at the University. His principal research encompasses Persian language and literature, as well as Sino-Iranian cultural exchanges. His scholarly output encompasses numerous academic monographs, translated volumes, and textbooks. Notable publications comprise "Annotation and Translation of Tanksuqnameh", "Tourism Chinese", "The Paradise of Chinese Language" and "Chinese Diplomacy". Furthermore, he has published over twenty articles in prominent Chinese and international journals, such as Oriental Studies, World Religious Review, Film Art, Silk Road Studies and International Sinology.
