Eric K. Taylor has taught university courses in academic writing, developmental English, editing and layout, and ESL. He has presented dozens of conference workshops on fiction and creative nonfiction craft, and on the disciplines of the writing life. In the software industry, he has applied his writing and analytical skills as an editor, technical writer, trainer, and computer programmer. He has published a teacher resource book with Cambridge University Press and has edited a historical volume. His creative nonfiction has appeared in publications such as River Teeth and Plough Quarterly; his poetry has been featured in English JournalPoetica, and others; his children's poetry has been published in The CaterpillarSpaceports & Spidersilk, among others; and his pedagogy articles have appeared in Whale Road Review. His educational background includes degrees in English literature, TESOL, and creative writing, along with additional postgraduate studies in poetry and editing.
